I've been asked to let you know about the Oxford Seed Fund, which is open for applications today, and has a deadline of 17th Jan. There is a launch party tonight at 5.30pm at the Oxford Retreat.
The Oxford Seed Fund (oxfordseedfund.com) is a student-run fund that invests £15-25k annually in early-stage ventures founded by University of Oxford-affiliated individuals and our applications open for submission this week (Dec 1st) with Jan 17 (first round) and Feb 7 (final round) deadlines. Please let us know if you have any questions (email@example.com) and we hope you apply!
Additionally, we're excited to invite you to our 2015 Launch Party this week, Tuesday December 1st, at 5:30pm at the Oxford Retreat to celebrate the opening of the application cycle. Stop by to have drinks with the team in the private room at the Oxford Retreat and learn how your start-up can secure £15-25K in funding - Register here (http://bit.ly/1Q7MyUY).
Also, Jorge Armanet from HealthUnlocked, who spoke at a DHOx event in July, has been in touch to let us know they are again recruiting for a number of roles, including a Head of UX and Head of Data Science and AI. It's a rapidly growing company, and things look exciting. If they're of interest, drop Jorge a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, one of the OxCAHT projects, ConnectMed, are looking for people to work with them on developing a low cost, intelligent online telemedicine platform for South Africa. The contact for this is Melissa McCoy - email@example.com.
