Just a quick email to let those of you who didn't know about the speakers for The Hill event this evening in the John Radcliffe Hospital. In addition to the speakers there will be lots of networking opportunities, and if you have an digital health idea you'd like to progress, this is the place to be - we've already had over 50 ideas submitted, and are working our way through in helping these teams through the innovation process. It's sure to be a fun evening, and I look forward to hopefully seeing you there. The speakers are:
- Lauren Morgan, Lecturer in Human Factors in the Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences, will talk about user-centred design of healthcare software.
- Fred Kemp, Deputy Head of Technology Transfer at Oxford Innovation, will talk about the intellectual property issues around digital health technology.
- David Cole, European Business Partner for IBM Watson, will talk about cognitive computing for healthcare and the opportunities for innovation to have social impact.
